Of the Pharmacy General Hospital Papageorgiou

• The pharmacy covers the needs of all the clinics and departments of the hospital.
• It administers special high-cost medicines to outpatients insured by various insurance funds.
• Prepares cytostatic drug solutions, ready for use, in the Cytostatic Drug Dissolution Unit operating within the Clean Room. The solutions are administered to patients undergoing chemotherapy.
• Issues, checks and costs prescriptions for medicines for both inpatients and outpatients.
