General remarks

• The visit of relatives and friends in the wards should be short. Children are not recommended.
• The stay of visitors and companions is prohibited outside the visiting hours. If there is a special reasons to do so, a written permission is required.
• The nursing staff is highly trained in providing care, so the presence of relatives or "exclusive" freelance nurses is prohibited.
• Quietness is and should be the hallmark of any hospital.
• Food must not be kept in the hospital wards.
• The use of mobile phones, televisions and radios is prohibited, except with headphones.
• Both patients and their attendants must ensure that all areas are kept clean. They should not sit on beds, eat or keep flowers in the wards.
