Please complete the online patient satisfaction forms if you are a visitor to Outpatient clinics  or if you are an inpatient or attendant in the Clinics of our hospital.
The management is systematically informed about your positive and negative experiences, communicates with the respective service and clinic managers and tries to respond to any possible room for improvement.

For comments, remarks and complaints, you can contact:

  • in the first instance to the competent Head or Director of the department or clinic, and
  • at a second stage, if the reasons for dissatisfaction remain, to the Quality Control Directorate.
