INTEGRITY OF THE PROCEDURES FOR THE START OF THE PRACTICAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS IN THE FIELD OF HIGHER EDUCATION
The individual form must be completed 10 days before the start and submitted to the Education Office accompanied by:
* Certificate of studies
* Photocopy of identity card or passport and residence permit
* SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
* IBAN
* IKA registration number
* VAT NUMBER
*VACCINATION CERTIFICATE
Contracts must be presented fully signed at least 7 working days before the start, together with the medical certificate mentioned in the attachments (immunisation of trainees).
On the first day you will bring a small photo to the Hospital Education Office.
STUDENT ENTRANCE
- The entrance of all students will be carried out by the MAIN ENTRANCE of the hospital.
- During the first day entrance, students are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the start of their training, with their certificate of vaccination or covid-19 (valid), in hard copy or in a photo on their mobile phone.
The check will be carried out at the main entrance of the hospital and by the person supervising each student (supervisor or other employee of the department).
PRESENTATION OF A COVID-19 VACCINATION CERTIFICATE IS COMPULSORY
